With the motto "one company 1000 solutions" Re S.p.A. had the opportunity to show its very wide basket of solutions specifically designed for the label and narrow web industry.
ReGuard: a new and very interesting 100% web inspection system.
ReGuard is the new 100% web inspection system equipped with high-resolution matrix camera, 5Mpixels, and specifically designed for narrow web and label inspection. Visitors had the opportunity to test its ease of use: ReGuard, is equipped with an extremely simple and intuitive software that avoid any chance to fail during the set up and processing phase; moreover it is provided with a very responsive touch screen monitor to simplify the human-machine interaction.
ReGuard is a full optional system, it means that the software is provided with all necessary functionalities without the need to add extra optional or other features; this is an important strong point of the system which has been really appreciated by visitors who tested ReGuard during the exhibition.
New solutions for the alignment of the web
Special highlight of the of the Re S.p.A. booth has been the new WG.705 series of web guiding systems equipped with the latest and best technologies to guarantee a reliable and flawless alignment of the web in any working condition. Ease of use and installation and flexibility of the system are the strong point of the new series of Re web guiding. WG.705 has been designed to offer a maximum operating convenience; it can be selected depending on the operator’s request and on the application, in fact, it can be equipped with integrated or remoted keypad, with or without working table, with fixed or movable working table and with a wide a range of sensors and other optional.
