MWG22 is the control unit for the web position adjustment, through the use of actuators and sensors. The control unit is equipped with the latest technologies to improve the web guide performance in any working condition.
MWG22 can be provided with fieldbus, ProfiNET or EtherCAT protocol (optionals), for the communication and control of the system from PLC.
MWG22 control unit, integrates the control logic and the power driver for stepping motors in a single and very compact case.
It is equipped with a 2,8" LCD color graphic display which ensures a quick and user-friendly human-machine interaction and 8 mechanical buttons for an easy calibration and management of the system. MWG22 is provided with analogue inputs for sensors and a CAN interface for the Re latest generation edge and optical sensors, remote keyboard and automatic sensor holder.
MWG22 is able to work with motorized sensor holder and, using two sensors, as the material width reader.
