The WR series of steering rollers web guide systems are used mainly in the pre-print zone to align the web before the printing process. The system consists of a base plate on which are mounted slide that are joined directly to one or two rollers which rotate to take the web back to the right position.
Are available different solutions of WR steering roller web guiding system with two rollers, in which the material is fed between them before continuing its path, or monoroller mainly used for joining systems. For situations where a reduced height is required, we design a low profile web guiding system WR-S.
To obtain a particularly compact solution, customized designs for coating systems can also be supplied, with mono-rollers measuring less than 400 mm, mounted on a single motorized slide. This line is called the MINIROLLER.
WR webguiding systems are usually used together with Re range of sensors and ReSmart control unit
