Lynx DS-L is a digital amplifier for double load cells channel, microprocessor controlled, with a very compact size and easy to calibrate and use.
It is usually used on flexographic and rotogravure machines, slitter rewinders, etc. to amplify the signal coming from the load cells.
Its HW/SW conguration cuts signal processing times and allows up to eight load cells to be connected on each channel.
Lynx DS-L is equipped with 4 buttons for the calibration and programming and 4 digits display that shows the selected function or the web tension value. Lynx DS-L can be used for controlling two load cells stations using a single device.
Thanks to the fieldbus (ProfiNET or EtherCAT protocols) it can be controlled and connected to a PLC or PC.
The load cells input can be selected in voltage (mV) or current (mA) using the proper function.
