Back from Labelexpo Europe 2023

It was an extremely exciting and inspiring Labelexpo Europe that we experienced at the Re S.p.A. stand. Four days full of meetings with friends, partners, customers and new leads of the label market.

RotoMatic - core chuck with pneumatic ejector

Rotomatic is the new patented core chuck that combines the quality and technology of the Re torque activated core chucks with a telescopic pneumatic ejector concentric to the core chuck.
The roll ejection system RotoMatic has been designed to solve problems of paper waste and, moreover, to eliminate the problems of unlocking the reels during their ejection.

A new home for Re China

RotoSpring - Spring ejection core chuck

RotoSpring is the new and patented core chuck designed to ensure an extremely safe and automatic ejection of the paper rolls, saving you time, material waste and money. Thanks to a patented spring system, the new RotoSpring guarantees a perfect ejection of the paper rolls even in case of damaged cores, saving the operator to manually operate to remove them using levers or other tools with very high risk of accident.

Coming back from Print4All 2018

Print4All has just ended few days ago, it has been the first edition of a new exhibition concept planned to become a new benchmark for the converting and package printing industries internationally. In our booth C19-D20 located in Hall 18, visitors, not only had the opportunity to find the improvement of our well-known equipment, but had also the chance to discover the new SU.11 ultrasonic sensor for web guiding systems, the new HP smart cover for pneumatic brakes and, most of all, ReGuard the new 100% print inspection for defects inspection.

SU.11 ultrasonic sensor

SU.11 is our new ultrasonic sensor equipped with a transmitter and a receiver that guarantees a measuring range of 6 mm with a resolution of 0,02 mm. SU.11 is provided with an onboard keypad with two buttons for the calibration and a 5 led bar, with a double visualization possibility, for an easy and clear control of the web inside the fork. The SU.11 MLO version can be used both with Re web guidng systems and also together with a PLC using the tension and current outputs of which it is equipped.

A little but concrete help to give a new chance to the Centre of Italy

Thanks to your support during more than 40 years, we can give today a chance to the future of 150 students coming from areas in the Centre of Italy affected by the earthquake. We were able to achieve one of the most important project: concretely help people coming from areas in the Centre of Italy affected by the earthquake.

Coming back from Labelexpo Europe 2017

Four very successful days have just come to the end in Brussels, where the best edition ever of Labelexpo Europe took place. Re S.p.A. booth, located in hall 9, have registered a record in terms of visitors, +30% than the last editions, and, moreover, the Italian company received a great interest for the new solutions showed and receiving new excellent contacts. Great interest has been showed for the new ReGuard 100% web inspection systems and for all new solutions applied on Re web guiding systems.
